What happens if I don't enjoy working with my resource? We try very hard to get it right the first time. For every part-time pro we place, over 1,000 candidates have applied! That being said if you wish to replace the resource you have selected we offer a free replacement service
-
What are the payment terms? We kindly request clients pay monthly in advance. We act like an Escrow account which helps to reassure the Part-Time Pro that payment has been made and will be released once the work has been delivered. It also provides an opportunity for our clients to raise any issues before payment is processed to the pro.

Are all of your Part-Time Pros based in South Africa?Over 90% of our talent is based in South Africa. There are a number of reasons we love working with people in South Africa… 1. The culture is not too dissimilar to the UK or US which makes communication simple 2. There is a large talent pool of highly experienced people who are open to remote based work 3. People in South Africa have been working remotely for UK or US companies way before it became cool. 4. We just love South Africa! The founders previously lived in Cape Town and their family business has had a presence in South Africa since 2001

How do you screen candidates?Candidates go through a rigorous screening process before they are allowed to join the platform. - Each Part-Time Pro must have a minimum of three years’ experience in their area of expertise. - They will have at least 1 year of experience working remotely for a UK or US company - Unless the candidate has a legitimate reason, we prevent ‘job hoppers’ from being matched with clients. In our experience a candidate who replaces their job every 6 months is not delivering value to their employer. - And of course, we review their CV and portfolio!
Did you know? For every Part Time Pro issued over 1,000 candidates will apply for the vacancy
